I have over 35 years experience in business, charity and community involvement. A tireless volunteer, I have brought my leadership skills and experience to the Boards of many of the most notable and well-respected organizations within the community. In 1997, I served as the first female President of the Brampton Board of Trade; 2008 Maria served as the Chair of the Brampton and Caledon Community Foundation; 2009 Maria was appointed to the Board of the William Osler Health System; 2007 Maria was appointed Chair of the Community Council for the Salvation Army's Family Life Resource Centre for women and in 2011 appointed as the Board Chair of the Central West Local Health Integrated Network (LHIN). I have served as a Business Ambassador for three Regional Municipalities as well as their Economic Development committees for over 20 years. Volunteering and serving on the local committees in my area of sales, expedites the desimenation of current and "hot" issues facing the communities, growth & future delevopments. I serve you with knowledgeable facts on local by-laws, current issues and development in the communities I serve so that you are aware, in advance, on what to expect in the area and utimately what will effect the home you purchase.


Since 1984, I have been a full time, registered realtor in good standing under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act and the Ministry of Consumer Relations. I take pride in being an expert negotiator. I operate as an Independent Contractor within the Real Estate industry and have done so for over 35 years and responsible for all aspects of my business. I have gained the experience, professional education and designations and subsequent trust of my clientele to lead consultations on planning, zoning and Official Plan amendments and interpretations.


I take great pride in ranking among the top realtors in the industry consistently for over 35 years. I have led a multi-million dollar Real Estate Business over 3 decades ultimately receiving the Corporation's Lifetime Achievement Award as well as the member of the Prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
